a) Travelophilia (the “Company”), which is registered in Ramnagar, is the party with whom you have a contract about your vacation, and these terms and conditions apply to all reservations.

b) An authorized agent of the company must be used to make all reservations. A 50% deposit of the total booking price must be made along with the Company booking form at the time of reservation.

c)At least 30 days prior to the departure date, you must pay in full for your vacation. The Company maintains the right to cancel the reservation and keep the deposit if payment is not made by the deadline. The individual who signs the booking form ensures that the total sum stated on the booking form will be paid in accordance with these terms. The signatory shall ensure that the Company gets payment in full by the due date. No notifications will be issued.

d) If you make a reservation less than 30 days before your departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

e) Before approving your reservation, the company maintains the right to let you know if there is a price rise.

f) Even after sending a confirmation notice, the Company reserves the right to cancel your trip at any moment before the scheduled departure date. If the company cancels your vacation, it will fully reimburse you for any money you have already paid. No money will be paid as compensation.

g) The Company might need to request specific personal data from you. Dietary restrictions, disability/medical information, religious details, etc. are some examples of this. You can inspect this information when the company is open for business and the company will keep it confidential. If the suppliers need to know this information to carry out the Company’s agreement with you, it will be given to them.
